Other Details:
- The main body is of steel fabricated. The special crank shaft runs in large bearing of brass. The connecting rod is fitted with or without screw adjustment to give variation in height of ram face from the table of the press.Drive by V Belts and electric motor mounted an adjusted motor bracket.
Frame:
- The robust frame is fabricated from Solid Steel Plates with heavy cross ribbing to main housing for perfectly balanced distribution of stress over the cross section eliminating deflection and vibration and thus improving die and machine life. It is strain - free & supports the ram and bed against undesired deflection under permissible loading condition.
Inclining Mechanism:
- Our inclining mechanism is sufficiently high above the floor for easily manually operate, convenient and safe for standing position. Frame pivot positioned well so height of press is not changed.
Crank Shaft and Bearings:
- The Crank Shaft is made out from special alloy steel and it is precisely ground finish. Heavy Duty bearings and nickel, phosphoresce bushes with proper lubricating grooves ensures adequate spread of the lubricating oil for smooth functioning.
Slide:
- Slide is made from seasonal high grade casting duly ground for friction free travel through slides, ensuring longer life of die and easy operation.
Flywheel:
- Properly sized flywheel is made of high grade cast iron, for storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operations, and properly balanced for smooth running.
Gears:
- Gear is of steel cast or fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing machine.
Lubrication:
- An efficient shot lubrication system has been provided for lubricating the sliding surfaces and moving parts. The lubricant is applied by hand pump.
